I never leave reviews, however, feel I need to for Ken and Mark. I had a blocked DPF, car in limp mode etc etc, they had my Audi A4 up and running very quickly, feels like a brand new car now and shifts in every gear. My soot content is now showing as zero and Ken recommended some ways for me to avoid this in the future. They also serviced my car which was long overdue so I have now found a reliable garage, so will be back for my next service when due. Don’t hesitate guys, there are great and there is nothing they don’t know.

Own a BMW X3 20d Xdrive Msport I wasn’t happy with the standard 184bhp and automatic gearbox transmission, having spoken with Kenny I travelled from North Oxfordshire to Birkenhead and Kenny explained some choices was I keen on fuel economy or performance the latter being my preferred choice, kenny used the latest equipment to offer an increase in power with a stage 1. He also updated the Automatic gearbox transmission software, I left feeling confident the vehicle was tuned by a professional specialist who knows the dynamics of each individual customer and the expectations from there vehicle. I had an interesting fun drive back, and I’ve booked in my Mini JCWs in the coming months. Thanks Kenny highly recommended.

After speaking to Ken about the DPF problems I was having with my transit custom, his expertise and knowledge was brilliant. He knew exactly what the issue was and had no problem in fitting me in within a couple of days. Bonus was my van was ready the very same day, would highly recommend! Engine ECU Remapping FAQs
We recommend you clean your DPF filter rather than remove it to stay within the law.
Ring Ken or Mark for horse power and torque figures specific to your vehicle.
By modifying the engine management software (map) we fine tune the original software to run efficiently; this in itself does not harm your vehicle. If a customer wants a standard remap to produce more power or torque we can cater for their individual needs. Examples would include a van being set up in order to pull a trailer, or a vehicle may be required to gain more bhp for the track or road.
If a vehicle manufacturer states that remapping your ECU will affect the warranty, then the manufacturer must prove the vehicle has been re mapped to invalidate the warranty. This can become very problematic and hard for the manufacturer to investigate and prove.
We would always advise you inform your insurance company about the modification. It has historically been the case that insurers have looked to increase the price of your insurance if you have had a remap, but most insurance companies will now make little or no adjustment to your insurance costs after a vehicle remap.
